NYS School Board elections are governed by NYS Education Law. The law mandates that all donations, regardless of amount, are disclosed to the district clerk and the commissioner of education. Donations are not tax deductible.
According to NYS Education Law there is no contribution limit.
Every dollar of each donation supports our effort to alter school board policy on the issue of school safety though direct political action and candidate support.
